Job Description: US Recruiter (Telecom)
Desired Candidate Profile Work experience in recruiting Telecom positions. A complete understanding of US employment terms. Highly effective in sourcing resumes through contacts, networks, job board with speed and accuracy Proven track record of achieving targets Ability to deliver and perform under pressure Excellent negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong experience of a minimum of five years as a Technical Recruiter, involved in end to end recruiting of IT talent specific on Telecom domain, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company. Job responsibility includes sourcing and screening of the candidates according to the client requirements and interviewing candidates on phone. Ability to network with IT talent through Internet, Social Media and Personal Networks. Possess excellent English and articulation skill to be able to build relationships with clients and vendors, and work with speed and accuracy in sourcing the candidates, negotiating the rates with the candidates, coordinate interviews, finalize and close selection process.
Minimum experience of 5 plus years with proficient knowledge of US software recruitment and the IT scenario.
